displacement can be zero when the object comes back to the intial point




eg. when a body travels in circular round and finishes one round and comes back to the intial point displacement is zero



eg 2 - a man walks from the point A to point B and comes back to point A so the displacement is zero because he starts from his intial position and at last he comes back to his intial position
