yes doctor usually advice to put wet cloth strip on fore head to bring down fever because if our fore head got relax ... nd not hot so our body feel relax nd also to keep brain safee dostor advice to keep wet strip on forehead nd yaa also to keep temparature in cantrol at time of fever .....
