190 is not a perfect square.

• A number is a perfect square if its square root is a positive integer.

• To find the square root of a number, find all the factors of the number by LCM method.

• Since, the square root has to found, club two identical factors into one. For example - 2×2 becomes 2.

• Now, for 190,

The factors are = 2 × 5 × 19 × 1.

• As we can see, there are no factors of 190. Therefore, 190 is not a perfect square.
