(a) In this case we can chose any two numbers which are the same like √2 and √2 or numbers which have one part of same number inside the root like 3√5 and 19√5.

Eg : √2 x √2 = 2

(b) In this case we can consider any two numbers with different numbers inside the root .

Eg : √5 x √11 = √55
