Given:- shaded and unshaded part of figure A.

Fraction of unshaded part of the figure A = 3/4

To Find:- Number of parts should be shaded in the figure B to make it represent the same fraction as the unshaded part of the figure A

Solution:- We would follow hit and trial method by using all the options given in the MCQ till we obtain 3/4

⇒ 15/20 = 3/4

Therefore, the correct answer is (B) 15
