Sum of ratio terms = 1+3+6 =10

Tina's share  = Rs\:( 500 \times  \frac{1}{10} ) = Rs\: 50

Mina's share  =Rs \:( 500 \times  \frac{3}{10) }  = Rs\: 150

Shina's share  = Rs \:(500 \times  \frac{6}{10} ) = Rs \:300
