Solution
Let the radius of circle be x cm
OE=x-4
OC=x
CE=8cm
In triangle OCE
By pythagoras theorem
OC = CE +OE
OC =64+x^2-4x +16
x^2=64 +x^2-4x+16
4x=80
x=20
