the sum of all interior angles in equilateral triangle is 180

angle 2= 180⁰-60⁰ (linear pair of angles)

= 120⁰

angle 3= 180 -60⁰

= 120⁰

angle 1 + 60 = angle 3 (alternate interior angles)

let angle 1 be x

x+60 = 120

x = 120-60

= 60⁰
