• All of us agree that most if the people work to earn money. If a person is told to work hard without being paid then most probably he wouldn't work.
• Money plays a very important role in our life and when a person is praised by giving perks or incentives to appreciate his work then he gets motivated to work harder.
• Although non-monetary ways can also instill motivation but that would be very less and vanish the other day.
