ANSWER

Grana and stroma are two structures of the chloroplast. Grana is the disk-like plates embedded in the stroma whereas stroma is the jelly-like colorless matrix of the chloroplast. A thylakoid is a membrane-bound compartment inside chloroplasts and cyanobacteria. The space between thylakoid membrane is called thylakoid lumen. They are the site of light-dependent reactions of photosynthesis. Grana are connected by integral or stroma thylakoids, which joins the stacks together to make a single functional compartment.

Stromal thylakoids are also called as integral thylakoids.

So, the corect answer is " stromal thylakoid, grana thylakoid ".
