step 2: as we know that output of OR gate is A.B,
so output of NOR gate will be (A.B)'.
step 3: so as per this diagram output of above NAND gate is ( xⁿ.y)'
and output of lower NAND gate is (x.yⁿ)'
step 4: output of NOR gate will be (( xⁿ.y)' + (x.yⁿ)')'
step 5: now as per DeMorgan's law: (A+B)' = A'.B'
so (( xⁿ.y)' + (x.yⁿ)')' = ( xⁿ.y)''. (x.yⁿ)''
= (xⁿ.y). (x.yⁿ) ( as we know that A'' = A)
so final answer is = (xⁿ.y). (x.yⁿ)
