Q.3 ABC is an isosceles triangle right angled at C. Prove
that AB² = 2AC²​

Hey there!

Given,

ABC is an isosceles triangle, right angled at C.As C is the right angle, AB can't be one of the isosceles triangle.

So, AC = BC

By Pythagoras theorem,

\mathbf{AB^{2} = AC ^{2} + BC ^{2} }

AB² = AC² + AC²

AB² = 2AC²
