Given :

➺ Suppose the required number of step be x

➺ Then the distance covered by Ramesh in x steps = 0.6 x

➺ It is given that he has already covered 377.2 m out of a total of 400 m.

➺ Therefore, the equation can be interpreted as,

Equation :

 : \implies \sf 0.6 + 377.2 = 400

 :  \implies \sf0.6x = 400 - 377.2

 :  \implies \sf0.6x = 22.8

:  \implies \sf \: x = { \sf\frac{22.8}{0.6} }

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \dag \sf \: x = 38

 \fbox \red{ \sf \: So  \: the  \: steps  \: remaining  \: is  \: 38.}
