11. Suppose you are the librarian of your school. Some students of your school have the habit of keeping the books they borrow from the library for months. Issue a notice asking them to return the books in time and avoid this practice in future.

Dear Students , It's a kind request for you all to return the books issued from the library without any delay to avoid unnecessary actions and fines . It's a really bad habit of keeping books borrowed from the library for months . If you haven't completed reading the book re borrow it but don't keep it with selves . This displays and portrays your responsibility . Hope y'all would understand and return the books as soon as possible .

Thank You

Through this notice, you are being informed that nowadays students developed a new practice of issuing books and not returning it on time. It has become their habit to issue a book and keep it for a month with them. It is the rule of library, that a issued book should be returned within seven days. Please avoid this practice in future. If anyone is found doing this in future, his/her library card shall be suspended for one month. Please keep this note in regard.

And kindly, who all kept issued books after due date, return it as soon as possible.

The Librarian
