as we know that it is isosceles triangle

here two angles are equal i.e. be x

then sum of angles equal to 180°

x+x+90° = 180°

then 2x=90°

then x=45°

AB=AC=4 cm

<B = 90°

The area of the triangle:

= 1/2× b × h

= 1/2 × 4 cm × 4 cm

= 8 cm² ( Ans)
