Answer:

V= UF/(U-F). U= 20cm F = 15cm

V= 20*15/(20–15) =+60cm

Magnification M = -(V/U) = - 60/20 =- 3

So V=60cm, virtual inverted and enlarged image will be formed behind the mirror at a distance of 60cm

Answer:

1/f= 1/u+1/v

1/15=1/20+1/v

1/15-1/20=1/v

1/60=1/v

.•. v=60 ( .•. means THEREFORE)

Explanation:

f= FOCAL LENGTH

u= DISTANCE OF OBJECT FROM POLE

v= DISTANCE OF IMAGE FORMED
