External Radius (r1) =5cm

Internal diameter =8cm

Internal Radius (r2) =4cm

So volume of steel = volume of pipe with external diameter - volume of pipe with internal diameter

(volume of pipe = pi r² h)

Thickness of the metal = (external Radius - internal Radius)

=5-4

=1cm
