d^2=l^2+b^2

d^2=(2b)^2+b^2

d^2=4b^2+b^2

(16√5)^2=5b^2

256*5=5b^2

1280=5b^2

b^2=1280/5

b^2=256

b=√256

b=16cm

l=2b

l=2*16

area of rectangle=lb

=32*16

=512cm^2
