11. The ratio of the measures of a side of a triangle is 2:3:5. If the
semiperimeter is 90cm then find the measure of the longest side of the
triangle.​

2x + 3x + 5x = 90

10x = 90

x = 90/10

x= 9

then the sides are = 2x = 2*9 = 18

= 3x = 3*9 = 27

= 5x = 5*9 = 45

Now semiperimeter =

sum of sides of triangle/2

= 18+27+45/2

=45

using herons formula

=√s(s-a)(s-b) (s-c)

=√45(45-18)(45-27)(45-45)

= √45(27)(18)(0)

= 0
