let the coordinates of C is (x, y)

mid point of diagon AC is (3+x/2, 2+y/2)

mid point of diagonal BD is (-2+3/2, 2-3/2)

=(1/2, -1/2)

in a square mid points of diagonals coincides

so

(3+x/2, 2+y/2) =(1/2, -1/2)

so

3+x/2=1/2

x/2=1/2-3

= -5/2

x= -5

2+y/2=-1/2

y/2= -5/2

y= -5

wo cordinates of C is (-5, -5)
