Find out the milk and water in first container

Milk = 3/2

water= 2/1

Milk and water in second container

milk =3/2

water = 2/1

now we can mix them up

milk = 3/2+3/2=6/2=3

Water = 2/1 + 2/1= 4

Milk : Water = 3:4
