1.

a = (-12)/7

b = (-21)/5

a x b = b x a

 \rightarrow \sf \frac{ - 12}{7}  \times  \frac{ - 21}{5}  =  \frac{ - 21}{5}  \times  \frac{ - 12}{7}  \\  \sf \:  \rightarrow \:  \frac{252}{35}  =  \frac{252}{35}  \\  \rightarrow \sf \: LHS = RHS  \\ \\   \sf \: Hence  \: Verified.\\

2.

a = 0

b = (-13)/3

a x b = b x a

\rightarrow \sf 0\times  \frac{  - 13}{2}  =  \frac{ - 13}{2}  \times  0 \\  \sf \:  \rightarrow \:  \frac{0}{2}  =  \frac{0}{2}  \\   \sf  \rightarrow \:  0 = 0  \\ \rightarrow \sf \: LHS = RHS  \\ \\   \sf \: Hence  \: Verified.\\
