 \tt  : \implies 46 - 23.

 \tt  : \implies 23.

Now,

 \tt \dagger \:  \:  \:  \:  \: a_n = a + ( n - 1 )d

 \tt :  \implies a_n = 23 + ( n - 1 )23

 \tt :  \implies 437 = 23 + ( n - 1 )23

 \tt :  \implies 437 - 23 =  ( n - 1 )23

 \tt :  \implies  \dfrac{ 414}{23} =  ( n - 1 )
