1) The food gives a bad taste and bad smell after the expiry date. This is Because of Rancidity. When oil food get oxdised it becomes rancid and then give bad smell and taste

2) Many methods are used by food industry like -

i) Using Antioxidants

ii) Using air tight containers

iii) Nitrogen gas etc

c) Values expressed in this paragraph is -

that we must not use Packed food stuff after its expiry date.Also we read about Rancidity
