kilometres, then turns right and covers 4 km. B goes West and covers 5 km.,

A goes 3 Km North and 4 Km East then.

B goes 5 Km West and then 3 Km North.

So, B is 5 km far from the point where A turned right and A is 4 km far from the same point.

So, the distance between A and B is 5+4=9 km.
