here given .

=>a11=80
=>a+10d=80-------(1)

=>a16=110
=>a+15d=110-------(2)

subtract both equation ,we get

=> -5d=-30
=> d=6

now put d=6 in equation (1)

=>a+10(6)=80
=>a=80-60=20

now ,a31
=> a+30d.
=> 20+30(6)
=>20+180
=>200.
