Here,

a = -3

d = (-1/2) - (-3)

   = (-1/2) + 3

   = (5/2)

Now,

an = a + (n - 1) * d

    = -3 + (11 - 1) * (5/2)

    = -3 + (10) * (5/2)

   = -3 + 25

  = 22

Therefore, 11th term is 22.
