11x+15y+23=0

11x=-23-15y

23-15y/11=x

7x-2y-20=0

7{23-15y/11} -2y-20=0

161-105y/11 -2y-20=0

161-105y-22y/11=20

161-127y/11=20

161-127y=220

-127y=220-161

y=-59/127
