Heya !!!

This is Your Answer.

Given:-
11x - 6y + 18 = 0. (i)
x - y + 8 = 0. (ii)

Multiplying eq. (ii) by 6, we get...
6x - 6y + 48 = 0. (iii)

Now, Subtact Eq. (i) from (iii), we get...

6x \:  \:  -  6y + 48 = 0 \\ 11x - 6y + 18 = 0 \\ ( - )   \: ( + ) \:   \: ( - ) \\ ................................ \\  - 5x \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \:  + 30   = 0
Hence, -5x = -30.
x = 6.

Putting x = 6 in eq (ii), we get...
x - y = -8
6 - y = -8
-y = -8 - 6
y = 14.

Hope. It Helps
