Let the question mark will be replaced with ( x )

According to the question,

=> 12 + 35% of 50 = 123 + x

 => 12 + ( \frac{35}{100}  \times 50) = 123 \times x \\  \\  \\  => 12 +  \frac{35}{2}  = 123x \\   \\ \\  =>  \frac{24 + 35}{2}   = 123x \\  \\  \\  = >  \frac{59}{2 \times 123}  = x \\  \\  \\  = >  \frac{59}{246}  = x

Hence, question mark will be replaced with 59 / 246

12 +  \frac{35}{100}  \times 50 = 123 + x \\ 12 + 35 \div 2 = 123 + x \\ 12 + 17.5 = 123 + x \\ 29.5 = 123 + x \\ x = 29.5 - 123 \\ x =  - 93.5
it answer will be -93.5
