Step-by-step explanation:

Using the rule of BODMAS

B - first open brackets

O- Operation ( to start a sum)

D - Division (in any sum do the division first)

M - Multiplication (after division do multiplication)

A - Addition ( 3rd step.. do the addition)

S - Subtraction ( and subtract at the last )

[I'm literally typing all the rules and not copy pasting from anywhere so better appreciate my efforts xD]

12+5+16 ( I don't have divide symbol→_→) 2 = ?

firstly, divide.(16/2 = 8)

=12 +5+18

= 35 .

therefore, ur answer is 35

Thanks and regards ,

note - don't directly first add all the easy numbers and the divide.. u will get wrong answer and lose ur marks!! BODMAS is the correct method of doing such sums.. I've got geography prelim ( I'm in 10th) tomorrow.. so.. wish me good luck!
