Students use it for preparing project reports and assignments. Teachers use word processors for preparing question papers and notes.

1. Print layout view : Print Layout is the default view. You can use the zoom slider to adjust magnification and view layout icons in the status bar to change page view.

2. Web layout view: In Web Layout view you can use the zoom slider but the layout icons are disabled.

3. Full screen view: In Full Screen mode the document is displayed in the selected view (Print or Web) but the document fills the entire screen. Toolbars and sidebar are not displayed.

1. We can select all text from edit menu.

2. We can use Shift + Arrow key to select the text of our own choice.

3. Or we can use Ctrl + A key to select all text.

4. We can also use the mouse to select the text in a document by holding the left click of mouse from the starting text position to the desired text position.
