Area of floor = 2 × 1.5 = 3 m²= 30000 cm²

Area of tiles = 25 × 25 = 625 cm²

Number of tiles required to cover the floor = 30000÷ 625 = 48

Cost of 12 tiles = 420 rupees

Cost of 1 tile = 420 ÷ 12 = 35

Cost of 48 tiles = 48 × 35 = 1680 rupees
