Given :- A piece of rectangular land is 110 m long and 73 m wide.

To Find :- Perimeter and area of rectangular land .

Solution :-

we know that,

  • Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + Breadth)
  • Area of rectangle = Length * Breadth .

given that,

→ Length = L = 110 m

→ Breadth = B = 73 m

so,

→ Perimeter of rectangular land = 2(L + B) = 2 * (110 + 73) = 2 * 183 = 366 m (Ans.)

and,

→ Area of rectangular land = L * B = 110 * 73 = 8030 m² (Ans.)
