A(5,-2) B(9,6)

ratio => 3:1

therefore

m1=3 and m2=1

sector formula

{ (m1x2+m2x1)/m1+m2 } ; { (m1y2+m2y1)/m1+m2 }

applying that formula

x coordinate : (27+5)/3+1 => 32/4 =>8

y coordinate; (-2+18)/3+1 => 16/4 => 4

therefore p is located at 8;4
