y = 2A \sin(  \frac{2\pi}{ \lambda}  \: x)  \\

Put x = lambda/3

y = 2A \sin( \frac{2\pi}{ \lambda }{\times  \frac{ \lambda}{3} } )  \\  \\ y = 2A \sin( \frac{2\pi}{3} )  = 2A \times   \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}  =  \sqrt{3} A
