BP=1/2 OB
in triangle AOB
M and P are mid point of BO

so in triangle BOC Pi's mid point of BO and PN||OC
from converse of mid point theorem N is mid point of BC
(2)now in triangle ABC M and N are mid point hence MN=1/2AC
