Explanation:

CHCl = 12g+ 1g + 3 x 35.5g = 12 + 118.5g

(NH4)2.Cr2O7 = 38 + 216 = 254g

(NH4)2 = (14g + 4 x1 g)2 = 19g x 2 = 38g

Cr2O7 = 2 x 52 + 7 x 16 = 216g

CuSO4.5H2O = 159.5g + 90g = 249.5g

CuSO4 = 63.5g + 32g + 4 x 16g = 159.5g

5H20 = 5 x (1 x 2 + 16) = 5 x 18 = 90g

Similarly just plug in all the atomic masses to where they belong, to find the atomic weight or relative atomic weight replace amu with g
