see it is example of topic work time speed so first we have to identify the proportion means it direct praportion or inverse it is inverse proportion so 12farmers -20 hours then

? - 15

then 12×20 /15=16 is the ans means 16 farmes will ne required to harvest the same crop in 15 hours

According to the information provided in the question.

It is stated in the preceding question that,

The presented information is 12 farmers harvest a crop in a field in 20 hours.

 We need to find how many farmers will be required to harvest the same crop in 15 hours.

Let the farmers be x,

Then the total work is same for both case,

12\times 20= 15 \tilmes x\\240=15x

Taking constant on one side we get,

15x=240\\x=\frac{240}{15}

After dividing we get,

x=16

Therefor 16 farmers will be required to harvest the same crop in 15 hours.
