AS GIVEN IN THE QUESTION
no of worker = 12 (w 1)
no of hours taken to complete the work = 20 hours (t1)
no of worker in second stage = ? (w2)
no of hours taken to complete the work = 15 hours (t2)
In inverse proportion
(w1) ×(t1)= (w2)×(t2)
now putting the value in the above equation-
12×20=?×15
?=(12×20)/15
?=240/15
?=16
16 workers are required for the task to complete within 15hours
