1) Total time of film =2hrs 50min

= 2 × 60 + 50

=120 + 50

= 170minutes

Interval time = 32 min

Total time of the film = 170 - 32

= 138 min

2) total number of cakes raj have =60

Number of the cake he distributed = 1/4

Number of cakes left = 1/4- 3/4

=3/4

that is, 3/4 of total number of cakes

=3/4 × 60

= 180/4

=45 cakes left with him

3) Number of litres of water drum had = 500 l

1/10 of the water consumed during day

Number of litres of water left in the drum

= 1-10/10

= 9/10, that is 9/10 of 50

= 9/10 × 500

=4500/10

= 450 litres of water left in the drum
