Answer:

  • 132 cm² is the required Area.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

  • Angle ,∅ = 60°

  • Radius ,r = 6 cm

To Find:-

  • Area of Sector

Solution:-

As we have to calculate the area of Sector in which radius & angle are given.

The area of Sector is defined are between two radii & its corresponding arc is called area of Sector.

  • Area of Sector = θ/360 × πr²

Where,

  • θ denote angle
  • π denote 22/7
  • r denote radius

Substitute the value we get

→ Area of Sector = 60/360 × 22/7 × 6²

→ Area of Sector = 1/6 × 22/7 × 36

→ Area of Sector = 22/7 × 6

→ Area of Sector = 132/7 cm²

  • Hence, the area of the sector is 132/7 cm².
