Answer :-

The zero of the polynomial is 0.

Explanation :-

Given,

Polynomial is p(x) = (x - 2)^{2} - (x+ 2)^{2}

Put p(x) = 0

Therefore,

(x - 2)^{2} - (x+ 2)^{2}=0

Use identity,

a^{2}-b^{2}=(a-b)(a + b)

(x-2 + x+2)(x-2-x-2) = 0

2x(-4)=0

-8x=0

x=0

∴ Zero of the polynomial p(x) is 0.
