(ii) Let the two consecutive positive odd numbers be x and (x + 2).

A/C, x + (x + 2) = 76

=> 2x = 76 - 2

=> 2x = 74

$=>\: x = \frac{74}{2}$

x = 37

Hence, the numbers will be 37 and 39.

(iii) Let the three consecutive positive even integers be x and (x + 2).

A/C, x + (x + 2) = 90

2x = 90 - 2

2x = 88
