Height = 64cm

Now, 

Volume of cylindrical vessel =  πr2h

                                 = 3.14 x 15 x 15 x 64 

                                 =  45216 cm3

Again,

Cylindrical glass:

Diameter= 8cm

Radius= 4cm

Height= 15cm

Now,

Volume of cylindrical vessel =  πr2h

                                  = 3.14 x 4 x 4 x 15

                                  = 753.6 cm3
