Answer:

x³-ax²-13x+b,. x³-ax²-13x+b

1³-a.1²-13.1+b. -3³-a.-3²-13.-3+b

1-a1-13+b. -27-a9+39+b

-12-a1+b. 12-a9+b

-12=a1+b. 12=a9+b

a1+b=-12

+(-)a9+(-)b=+(-)12

_____________

-a8=-24

a = -24/-8

a=3

a9+b=12

3.9+b=12

27+b=12

b=12-27

b= -15
