is x=2 is the zero of the polynomial so when we put this value in polynomial the whole value turns out to be zero

so

putting x=2 and equating with zero

8-6+7a=0

7a=-2

so

a=-2/7

  4. a is equal to 2-7
  5. a is equal to -5
