Solution filled in burette is - Silver nitrate.

Argentometric method is the titration method using silver ions. The titration method is quantitative method that aims to find the quantity of anions present in the solution. Various ions like bromide, chloride, iodide etc. are tested using the titration method.

For the process, titration of sample is done using silver nitrate solution filled in burette. Silver ions from burette react with example chloride ions of sample to form silver chloride precipitate.
