we have to find 
8 looms weave cloth = ? m

solution:-
12 looms weave cloth = 210 m 
then 
1 loom weave cloth = 210 / 12 = 105 / 6 m

now
8 looms will weave cloth = 105 × 8 / 6 =140 m answer
