15 women=12 men
so,1 woman=12/15=4/5 men.
Then,10 women=4/5×10=8 men.
=1 man will do that work in days=12×21=252
So,6+8 men will do that work in days=252/14=18 days
Answer=18 days

12 men take 21 days

⇒ 1 day = 1/21 of the work

Find the amount of work 1 man can do in a day:

12 men = 1/21 of the work

1 man = 1/21 ÷ 12 = 1/252 of the work

15 women can do the work in 21 days

⇒ 1 day = 1/21 of the work

Find the amount of work 1 women can do in a day:

15 women = 1/21 of the work

1 woman = 1/21 ÷ 15 = 1/315 of the work

Find the amount of work 6 men and 10 women can do in a day:

1 woman = 1/315 of the work

10 women = 1/315 x 10 = 2/63 of the work

1 man = 1/252 of the work

6 men = 1/252 x 6 = 1/42 of the work

10 women and 6 men = 2/63 + 1/42 = 1/18

Find the number of days needed for 6 men and 10 women to finish the work:

1/18 of the work = 1 day

18/18 of the work = 1 x 18 = 18 days

Answer: 6 men and 10 women needed 18 days to complete the work
